‘Silent Language of Colors; Art Heals’ Exhibition by Young Artist with Autism

Young Artist with Autism Ceren Gökçe will meet with art lovers at the exhibition “The Silent Language of Colors; Art Heals”, which will open at the Atatürk Cultural Center on April 2.

The 'Silent Language of Colors; Art Heals Ceren Gökçe Individual Exhibition', which will open on April 2 at the Atatürk Cultural Center (AKM), is being organized to explore the artistic world of young artist Ceren Gökçe and to emphasize the power of individuals with autism in art. The exhibition, which was brought to life by the Autism Support Education and Solidarity Association (ODEDDER) with the support of the Ministry of Culture, includes 56 works consisting of Gökçe's original drawings. The income from the works that will be offered for sale as part of the exhibition will be used to support the education of children with autism.

Diagnosed with autism at 21 months old, Ceren Gökçe has discovered the power of expressing herself through art over the years. Her paintings offer a unique language that reflects her inner world and also provide viewers with a different perspective on autism. Believing in the healing power of art, Gökçe is also contributing to the increased visibility of the talents and potential of individuals with autism in society with this exhibition. A Special Exhibition for Autism Awareness The exhibition, which will open on World Autism Awareness Day, April 2, aims to raise awareness of autism in society and to bring the artistic achievements of individuals with autism to the public. The exhibition will be open to visitors at the AKM until April 8.
